Before entering real estate 5 years ago, I spent twenty years coaching and working in special education—a background that built my foundation in patience, communication, and real advocacy. I originally got into this industry simply because I wanted to figure out how to buy a house of my own, and now I help clients who think they can't buy a home find a clear way forward.

I work, live, and invest right here along the I-35 corridor and across the Hill Country, recently putting down roots in Lockhart. With a background that includes municipal code enforcement alongside my real estate practice, I look at every property with a practical eye for potential, structural standards, and long-term value.

I’m patient, present, and completely focused on what’s right for you, never on rushing a transaction. When challenges come up, I draw on a strong local network to solve problems—or give you the honest truth when a deal isn't right. In my free time, you'll usually find me out on the field playing in men's and coed softball leagues and tournaments.
