Elizabeth Schmidtberger was born and raised in Kosciusko, Texas, and is a graduate of Poth High School. She holds a bachelor's degree in communication and public relations from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and a master's degree in educational leadership from Wayland Baptist University.
Elizabeth began her career as a public school teacher before homeschooling her own children for close to a decade. Once they transitioned back into traditional school, she earned her real estate license and quickly became a top producer — a path that shapes how she communicates with clients and leads her team today.
Elizabeth married her high school sweetheart, Keith, who works alongside her at TS Realty as a licensed agent and office manager. Together they're raising five children — four boys and a girl — and have experienced homeschool, public, and private school firsthand, giving Elizabeth a unique ability to relate to families navigating all kinds of decisions. It's part of what makes her a trusted resource for clients throughout the I-35 corridor between Austin and San Antonio, a region she and her family have called home for generations.
Elizabeth specializes in farm and ranch properties and is a skilled listing specialist and buyer consultant. She is also Luxury Marketing Certified, bringing a polished, high-touch approach to every listing — whether a working ranch, a family homestead, or a luxury estate.
When she's not helping clients find their next home, Elizabeth can be found with a book in hand, out on the water fishing, or taking a long walk to clear her head. She is deeply passionate about serving the people and communities of Central Texas, and considers it a privilege to help families put down roots in the place she's always called home.
