Meet John Paul “JP” Juarez, entrepreneur, social media guy, husband, dad, and 20-year U.S. Army veteran who somehow decided one career wasn’t enough.

After spending two decades in the Army—including two deployments to Iraq—JP traded military missions for a different kind of mission: helping people find a place to call home.

Today, JP serves buyers and sellers across Central Texas, with a special passion for helping veterans, military families, first-time buyers, and new-construction buyers navigate the real estate world without feeling like they need a real estate degree to understand what’s going on.

And when it comes to VA loans? That’s personal.

JP loves educating fellow veterans about the benefits they’ve earned and helping them understand how the VA loan can actually work for them.

JP is based in Lockhart and serves communities throughout Central Texas, including Kyle, Buda, San Marcos, Bastrop, Austin, New Braunfels, San Antonio and Fort Hood.

He’s also a big believer that selling a house takes more than sticking a sign in the yard, uploading a few pictures, and praying somebody finds it. With a background in sales, entrepreneurship, social media, and marketing, JP brings creativity, video, storytelling, and a whole lot of personality to the way he markets real estate.

The best part? He doesn’t do it alone.

JP works alongside his wife and fellow agent Cheyenne Juarez. Together, they’re building a real estate business centered around family, relationships, community, and leaving something meaningful behind for their kids.

Outside of real estate, JP stays busy being a husband and dad, serving at church, mentoring men, running businesses, creating content, and regularly coming up with new ideas that make Cheyenne ask:

“Okay… what are we doing now?”
