Elizabeth Schmidtberger,  is the Broker and Owner of TS Realty in Lockhart, TX. Her journey began in the tiny town of Kosciusko, TX, where she cultivated a strong sense of community and work ethic from her father, a retired Air Force veteran, and her incredibly industrious Polish mother.

After graduating from Poth High School, she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Public Relations from Texas A&M-Corpus Christi and her Master’s Degree at  Wayland Baptist University in Educational Leadership. She worked many jobs before entering the classroom to teach elementary–but her favorite was selling couture bridal gowns.

Real estate has always been Liz’s passion, cultivated from a young age when she would eagerly accompany her mother to open houses in San Antonio, dreaming of one day entering the industry. She married her high school sweetheart and his career moved them all over the state of Texas.  During that time, they had 5 children–4 boys and finally a girl!

After her youngest child was born, Liz seized the opportunity to pursue her real estate aspirations while homeschooling her children. Her career quickly soared as she became a licensed realtor, achieving top producer status within the firms she collaborated with. Her dedication and expertise have garnered recognition, including being named a finalist for Austin’s prestigious Platinum Top 50 for three consecutive years and earning the title of “Lockhart’s Best Realtor” several years running.

Specializing in residential and farm and ranch sales, Liz is known for her responsiveness and unwavering commitment to customer service. Her clients deeply appreciate her proactive approach and personalized attention to their needs, which have solidified her reputation as a trusted advisor in real estate transactions.

One of Elizabeth’s greatest passions is teaching and developing the next generation of real estate professionals. She believes that when agents are equipped with the right knowledge, resources, and confidence, they can provide a higher level of service to their clients and build truly successful careers. Elizabeth is deeply invested in coaching and training her agents to continuously improve, think strategically, understand the business beyond the transaction, and strive to be the very best in the business.

Outside of work, Liz finds joy in spending time with her family and friends in Poth or heading to Port Aransas to walk the beach and fish.
