Cheyenne works alongside her husband, John Paul “JP” Juarez, helping buyers and sellers throughout Central Texas navigate the real estate process with confidence and clarity.

While JP brings his background in sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship to the business, Cheyenne brings structure, organization, communication, and attention to detail. She helps manage the day-to-day operations of the business, coordinate transactions, support clients, and keep the many moving pieces of a real estate transaction on track.

As a mom, Cheyenne’s children are at the heart of everything she does. Building a strong foundation for her family and creating a meaningful future for her children are a driving force behind her work. She understands that a home is more than a property—it’s where families grow, memories are made, and life happens.

Cheyenne especially enjoys helping first-time buyers, families, and new-construction buyers understand the process and feel confident in their decisions.

Together, Cheyenne and JP have built their business around relationships, family, community, and providing clients with a real estate experience that is both professional and personal.

Based in Lockhart, Cheyenne serves clients throughout Central Texas, including Austin, Kyle, Buda, San Marcos, Bastrop, New Braunfels, and surrounding communities.

For Cheyenne, real estate is about more than a transaction—it’s about being organized, communicating well, protecting her clients’ interests, and making sure they feel supported from contract to closing.
