Do you miss summers at your grandparent's lake cabin? This one can take you back there...right down to the Quasar tube TV. Just-under-1,100-square-foot, this Lake LBJ cabin was built in 1968 by an excellent craftsman and has remained remarkably unchanged. The 2-bedroom, 1-bath home has had only two families own it in nearly 60 years. Outside, the property offers 50 feet of Lake LBJ frontage, a grandfathered 2-car carport, a boat dock with a storage closet, and two boat lifts. The water in this cove is a standout feature, averaging between 5' to 7' deep at the end of the dock, with very little algae issues found in some other coves. A marina is just one cove away for an easy fuel stop. Mature Pine and Live Oak trees adorn the irrigated lawn. You've got options: keep the 1968 time capsule intact, update the cabin to suit your crew, or consider rehoming this little gem and starting fresh with your dream home on a great piece of Lake LBJ waterfront.
